John Allenspach B.Bus, FPA, B.Nurs, IPA brings over 25 years of expertise in health and financial coaching, supported by two Australian university bachelor’s degrees — in Wealth (Management & Financial Planning) and in Health (Registered Nurse, with training in Chronic Disease, Nutrition, and Mental Health). He is also accredited as a Longevity Coach with the USA IPA.
This program has been developed in collaboration with a wide range of professionals — medical specialists including general practitioners, dietitians, personal trainers, and psychologists, as well as wealth experts such as financial planners, property advisors, and share brokers. When required, clients are referred to these (or their own) professionals to obtain the precise support and guidance needed to achieve their goals.

No. However, where medical assessment is required, I collaborate with your GP or refer you to appropriate specialists.
How Long Does It Take to See Results?
Most clients experience noticeable improvements in energy, clarity, sleep, and strength within 4–6 weeks. Long-term results build progressively across the program.
Is This Suitable for My Age or Fitness Level?

We work around your needs with clinical caution and evidence-based strategies. If specialised input is required, you’ll be referred to the right health professional.
How Do the Sessions Work?
Sessions are via video call or phone. You receive a structured plan, progress tracking, check-ins, and optional integration with your GP, trainer, or other specialists. Plus, you have the option to use an app to track your progress.
Can I Pause or Change My Program?
Yes — your plan is flexible and can be adjusted as your health, lifestyle, or goals evolve.
